I joined the project to support data analysis, and as it evolved toward productization, I helped define requirements and design the front-end experience. Partnering closely with engineers and customers, I translated raw data workflows into an intuitive, merchant-facing tool.
Shipping this product was especially meaningful because I had experienced the problem firsthand,
manually doing the work the tool was meant to replace.
Throughout the project, I worked on data analysis, backend debugging, product management, and product
design. I loved solving ambiguous challenges,
valued the autonomy, and gained a broad, highly transferable skill set.
